One-to-One Classes

Sometimes we all deserve a bit of individual attention

Do you get nervous meeting new people?
Is there anything specific you want to work on?
Or just prefer some individual attention?

There are so many reasons why you might choose to have a one to one.

Whatever they are, we are here to help you increase your confidence, work towards your personal goals and enable you to feel so much better than you did before.

Online One-to-One

Starting with an initial free 20-minute consultation to get you started. This is your chance to ask any of those niggling questions and have your very own personal session/s to really focus on adaptations needed for group classes or exploring anything that is bothering you.

After your complimentary 20-minute online initial meeting where we discuss your needs and aims, you will have a session for up to 60 minutes to work through your bespoke programme designed specifically to help you work towards your goals.

You will have access to a recording of the class for up to 2 weeks so you can repeat it in your own time.
