About
A gentle seated class with slow yoga movements and postures.
Start by settling into the body, moving in a way designed to help release stiffness, enhance mobility and ease tension.
After moving we will explore a breathing exercise, and end with a guided relaxation.
Movements can be adapted if you prefer to join from lying down in bed or on the floor.
Hypermobility friendly so don't let yoga put you off.
