Volunteer Relaxation Specialist

I am Hazel. I used to be a counsellor and hypnotherapist, but retired many years ago. I use the gentle introduction I used in hypnotherapy to relax you and then take you on a guided journey. It does not matter if you cannot follow the imagery as the subconscious part of the brain will take over. The relaxation I do is quite repetitive from session to session because that makes it easier for you to relax with practice. It is not for everyone, and I will not mind if you try it and decide it is not for you. Each session will be about half an hour to allow five minutes before and after to chat. Once the relaxation session has started no one will be admitted as this will disturb those already relaxing.
