Moving and walking to the beat of the uplifting (banging!) music in low impact step exercise.
Safely and gently introducing cardio activity to your body.
We will change direction, walk forward and back, add arms and move our feet in simple routines.
You will enhance your coordination, proprioception, cognitive function and balance plus work towards increasing your cardio tolerance.
