With Hazel Mob-Member and Retired counsellor and hypnotherapist.. Following a gentle introduction to relax you Hazel will take you on a guided journey. If you cannot follow the imagery, the subconscious part of the brain will take over. The relaxation is quite repetitive as that makes it easier for you to relax with practice. Each session will allow five minutes before and after to chat. Once the relaxation session has started there will be no late admissions to avoid disruption.
