About

Using a large stability ball (also known as a Swiss ball, gym ball, exercise ball or pregnancy ball) in different positions including sitting, standing, lying down and placing ourselves on and over it in different ways.
For those with hypermobility, the ball can provide lots of support and feedback in positions that can otherwise be difficult to control, like back bends for example.

2nd Tuesday each month.
