About
Movement will include Pilates, Qigong or other fitness type class depending on who is teaching the session.
Options available to join from your bed, seated, standing or on the floor.
Very relaxed and informal with chatting and movement for the first half hour and chatting over a cuppa for the second half.
1st Saturday of each month there will be a craft session where members share recent projects, or craft whilst talking.
