This is a monthly dance and movement class set to disco and feel-good party tracks, designed to support your brain, body, and nervous system.
We use rhythm + mind body connection + breath to help regulate mood, and improve balance, coordination, and body awareness. Expect easy-to-follow dance-inspired sequences, gentle mobility, and a soothing cool-down so you leave feeling lighter, looser, and more grounded.
Inclusive and accessible, no dance experience needed!
