About

A more traditional but gentle Pilates class to ease your pain and stiffness and help you move more freely.
Start standing with a focus on alignment, balance and controlled mobilising.
Then move to the floor where moves may be on your back, seated, side lying, on your front or four point kneeling.
Focus on the key principles of Pilates including controlled functional movement, breathing, balance, alignment and core strength.
End with some breathing exercises and relaxation.
