A strength based Pilates class using different ways to use resistance e.g. weights, bands, household items and your body weight, to strengthen your muscles and bones as well as focusing on balance and stability.
This class is ideal if you want to improve your balance and grow stronger, especially if you have been diagnosed with or want to reduce the chances of osteopenia or osteoporosis.
4th Tuesday each month.
