About

Starting with gentle breathing to soothe body and mind.
Moving slowly, gently and mindfully, you will explore adapted Pilates movements to build strength, enhance mobility and ease pain.
Positions include lying on your front, back and side, four point kneeling and sitting.
Alternative options always available.
Ending with gentle relaxation to allow your body to replenish some energy.
This class involves a social element at the end - option to leave if you prefer.
You can do this class on a mat on the floor or on your bed.
