About

Standing and walking to the beat of the music in low impact traditional aerobics like we used to do in the 80's! With higher impact options available. Easy to follow and repetitive moves.
We will change direction, walk forward and back, add arms and move our feet in simple routines.
You will enhance your coordination, proprioception and balance as well as raise your heart rate and build strength.
No equipment needed, just yourself and plenty of space to move.
